Do you deliver?
We do deliveries to ensure the safety of our precious cargo, you may also opt to pick up your order.
Is delivery free?
We charge a fee for delivery. This fee is based on how far you are from our location, (charged per km). This fee is not included in our cake prices.
How far in advance do I need to book my order:
Wedding cakes require a 4 months notice while birthday cake orders can be placed a week prior.
When do I pay for my order:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The delivery fee must be included in the deposit. The remaining balance is due before delivery/ collection. Your cake will not be handed over to you without full payment.
How do I pay for my order:
You can make a deposit or bank transfers, banking details will be emailed to you or sent via WhatsApp upon the receipt of your enquiry. You are required to send us your proof of payment incase your payment does not reflect immediately. (No cash, strictly electronically.)
Note: Once the cake is in your possession it is no longer the responsibility of Dimpho's Sweetbite, please handle your cake with care.
